Primary Focus

Construction Defect Cases & Civil Litigation

Construction defect litigation is the cornerstone of this firm’s practice. Nunis & Associates has concentrated years of courtroom experience on holding builders, contractors, and suppliers accountable for defective work — from residential claims under the Residential Construction Liability Act to complex commercial property disputes.

The firm also handles consumer protection, business litigation, and significant civil matters where focused, direct attorney involvement is needed. We do not operate as a volume practice. When we accept a matter, it receives the full attention of an experienced trial attorney.

What You Can Expect From Nunis & Associates

We believe that effective legal representation begins with honest advice, careful case evaluation, and direct attorney involvement. Our goal is not simply to file lawsuits—it’s to help our clients make informed decisions and achieve practical solutions.
Careful Case Evaluation
We evaluate every matter before accepting representation to determine whether litigation is appropriate and likely to provide meaningful value to the client.
Direct Attorney Involvement
Every matter receives attorney oversight. We intentionally limit the number of cases we accept so that each client receives personalized attention and experienced legal guidance.
Practical, Honest Advice
Sometimes the best advice is to negotiate, settle, or pursue another solution rather than file suit. We believe clients deserve candid recommendations based on experience, not unnecessary litigation.
Experience That Matters
Representing Texans since 1987, our attorneys focus on significant civil disputes involving construction defects, consumer protection, business litigation, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and judgment enforcement.
Preparation for Success
Whether a matter resolves through negotiation or proceeds to trial, we believe careful preparation and strategic planning are essential to achieving the best possible outcome.
