Marggy Pabon is the Senior Litigation Attorney with Nunis & Associates. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has become a trusted member of the firm’s litigation team, working closely with Bob Nunis on complex civil disputes throughout Central Texas.

Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong client communication, Marggy works closely with clients throughout every stage of the litigation process. She is committed to ensuring that clients understand their legal options, remain informed about the progress of their cases, and receive practical guidance tailored to their objectives.

Construction Defect Experience

Marggy has extensive experience assisting homeowners and businesses in construction defect disputes involving residential construction, commercial projects, warranty claims, contract disputes, and pre-suit resolution efforts. She works closely with experts, contractors, consultants, and clients to evaluate claims, identify practical solutions, and develop effective litigation strategies when necessary.

In addition to construction defect matters, Marggy assists clients with business disputes, contract litigation, consumer protection claims, collections matters, and other complex civil litigation issues. Background & Education

Originally from Venezuela, Marggy earned her law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and later obtained a specialization in Administrative Law. Prior to relocating to the United States, she operated her own consulting practice and advised clients in construction, energy, telecommunications, and commercial matters.

After moving to Texas, Marggy earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Texas School of Law and became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2016. She is also a certified mediator.

Outside the office, Marggy enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
